!Up Normal Command

Hey guys! The Pengable 2 team twitter account tweets that during the account a new command called !Up Normal would be added. When you say the command you will automatically turn into a blue penguin with the Pengable 2 beta hat. What are your thoughts on this new command! I personally find it a bit pointless!
